Dr. Daniel Ferrara O.D.

Doctor of Optometry

 Dr. Ferrara was born and raised in South Philadelphia but also lived in Chicago and then in New York for many years doing his undergraduate work at Hunter and Queens College and then attending the Pennsylvania College of Optometry for his Doctorate Degree. He has an extensive background as an optician working at the prestigious Purdy Opticians in New York while doing his undergraduate work. His major focus is comprehensive medical eyecare and specialty contact lens fitting but also has a great interest in giving back to the community through free eye exams and glasses for the Lions Club, Salvation Army and Virginia Beach Public Schools.
